This series is, essentially, a recreation of the imaginary world that my cousins and I played in as kids. They are vignettes of memories, yet at the same time, tell their own kind of disjointed narrative, like the sporadic play of childhood, when placed together. They invoke the magic of a past time, imagination, and a return to a memory, but the darkness of the photos suggests that it is a world we don't quite belong in any more. They are the fairy tales and lore of a childhood.
